Macquarie Hills Christian Fellowship

About Macquarie Hills Christian Fellowship

We are a local church in Newcastle, New South Wales, governed by our elders and deacons according to our understanding of biblical principles. We emphasize the authority of the Bible as the inspired Word of God and center our doctrine on Jesus Christ as our savior. We believe in salvation through personal faith in Christ, the imminent return of Jesus, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit for us. We practice open worship including Bible readings, prayer, and song during our Sunday services. We maintain traditional Christian values including the covenantal marriage relationship between one man and one woman, and emphasize our responsibility as believers to encourage one another through fellowship, uphold biblical moral directives, and share the gospel globally.
