Emmaus Parish, Holy Cross Catholic Church

Emmaus Parish is a Catholic parish within the Archdiocese of Adelaide serving the inner-southern Adelaide suburbs of Goodwood, Kingswood, and Colonel Light Gardens. The parish operates three churches: Church of the Holy Cross in Goodwood, Our Lady of Dolours Church in Kingswood, and St Therese of the Infant Jesus Church in Colonel Light Gardens. The parish describes itself as a welcoming community of worship, friendship and outreach. Its mission is to provide a welcoming place of worship, friendship and outreach while growing the Catholic faith within the community. The parish acknowledges the Kaurna people as Traditional Owners and commits to the ongoing journey of Reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
