About Comunidade Filhos Da Misericórdia

Comunidade Filhos Da Misericórdia is a religious community founded in 2001 on the feast of the Sacred Hearts by Father George Batista. Based in João Pessoa, Paraíba, the community is built on pillars of the Eucharist, the Cross, and the Virgin Mother. Their charism focuses on evangelization, proclaiming mercy, and caring for vulnerable and marginalized people described as 'the transpassados' - those wounded by the world. The community appears to be a consecrated life community with members committed to a vocational path centered on spreading hope, joy, and light to those in need.
