The AbbeyChurch

The AbbeyChurch is a Sunday afternoon worshiping community located in Victoria, British Columbia at 932 Balmoral Road at Quadra in The United Commons (formerly the First Met building). The church features open-table communion and offers children's and youth programming. The AbbeyChurch is hosted by The Emmaus Community, a monastically-inspired intentional community whose members share a rule of life and commit to prayer, presence and simplicity. The church is an ecumenical shared ministry of The United Church of Canada and The Anglican Church of Canada, intentionally drawing on the traditions of both denominations as well as the wider church. All worship and prayer times are open to all.
