St. Patrick's Parish is Toronto's fifth oldest Roman Catholic parish, located on McCaul Street in Downtown Toronto. The church is home to the Shrine of Our Mother of Perpetual Help in the diocese. St. Patrick subway station and the adjacent St. Patrick Street were named after the church. The parish serves the local community and also hosts services for the German-speaking Catholic community in Toronto. The parish offers various ministries including confessions, devotions, and spiritual support for the sick and homebound. The present church was built in 1908 and designed by architect Arthur W. Holmes in the Romanesque Revival style.
