Knox-Metropolitan United Church is an Affirming Ministry of the United Church of Canada located in downtown Regina, Saskatchewan on Treaty 4 Territory. The church welcomes people of every sexual orientation, gender identity, age, ability, race, ethnicity, and economic condition in all aspects of its life and ministry. Services are held every Sunday at 10:30 AM in both in-person and online formats through YouTube and Facebook Live. The church acknowledges the territories of the Cree, Saulteaux, Dakota, Lakota, Nakoda peoples and the Métis/Michif Nation.

Visitors are welcome to park along the back of the church and in the parking lot at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Smith Street on weekends, holidays, and weekdays after 6:00 PM. The accessible entrance is on Victoria Avenue and is monitored until 10:30 AM on Sundays.
