Greek Orthodox Community

The Greek Orthodox Community of Leeds, also known as The Three Hierarchs Orthodox Church, is located in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, England. It is a member of The Archdiocese of Thyateira and Great Britain. The community operates both a church and a Greek school. The church has been present in Leeds for 60 years as of 2024. Father Michael Petrakis serves as Priest in Charge. The community was honoured by Leeds City Council, with the Town Hall illuminated in blue and white on 25th March to mark Greek Independence Day and celebrate the church's 60-year anniversary in the city. The initiative was supported by the Consulate General of Greece in Manchester and Honorary Consul Mrs. Eleftheria Gortzi-Yiannoudi. The organisation is a registered charity.
