Church of the Assumption

The Church of the Assumption is a Catholic parish church located in Beeston, Nottingham, England, in the Diocese of Nottingham. The church opened in 1954 and is situated at 25 Foster Avenue, next to the Town Hall and opposite the Broxtowe Borough Council Offices and Library. It features a modern community hall available for hire. The church provides full facilities for disabled access including single level access, disabled toilets, and a loop system. It is conveniently located near the University of Nottingham. The parish has been led by Fr Christopher A Thomas since 1 September 2014, who previously served as Parish Priest of St Patrick's in Forest Town.
