Southampton Methodist District

Southampton Methodist District is an administrative body of the Methodist Church covering south-central England. The district encompasses most of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, extending west to Dorset and Somerset and north into Berkshire and south Oxfordshire. It serves over 200 Methodist churches with more than 80 ministers, spanning diverse communities from small rural areas and coastal towns to major urban centers and the New Forest. The district is led by District Chair Revd Rachel Bending and provides support and resources to Methodist churches and circuits within its territory.
