Immanuel URC Church

Immanuel United Reformed Church is located in Swindon, England and describes itself as a lively, thriving church open seven days a week. The church offers a wide range of activities to the surrounding community and emphasizes Sunday worship as central to its life. Since 1969, Immanuel has been part of an ecumenical partnership in Old Town, Swindon with Christ Church (Church of England) and Bath Road Methodist Church, recognized as arguably the oldest partnership of its kind in the country. The three churches worship in separate buildings but recognize each other's ministries and collaborate closely. Additionally, Immanuel has been in a joint pastorate with the United Reformed Church in Highworth, sharing ministerial services and becoming a single church with two sites as of January 2024. The church also welcomes other faith communities, including the Romanian Pentecostal Church and a Himalayan Church group.
