St. George Orthodox Valiyapally Palarivattom

St. George Orthodox Valiyapally Palarivattom is an Orthodox Christian church located at Palarivattom Junction in Kochi, Kerala. Established in 1986, the church has grown from a congregation of 145 members to 685 faithful members. The church was initially consecrated as a chapel of St Mary's Orthodox Cathedral in 1987 and became an independent parish on April 1st, 1991. It was elevated to the status of Valiyapally on March 9th, 2008. The church serves as a place of worship, community, and spiritual growth in the region and is dedicated to Saint George, honored as a soldier and martyr of the early church.
