Calvary Resurrection Christian Church

Calvary Resurrection Christian Church is located in Birmingham, Alabama at 356 Killough Springs Road. The church was founded on October 25, 1989, by Pastor Gary Whitt following his departure from another congregation. It was officially named Calvary Resurrection Christian Church on November 5, 1989. The church relocated to its current Eastlake facility on August 4, 1994. Following Pastor Whitt's passing in 1997, Pastor Linda Whitt was ordained as Senior Pastor on June 8, 1997, and continues to lead the ministry. The church focuses on biblical teaching, community service including feeding the hungry and assisting families in need, and family ministry.
