St. Innocent Orthodox Church is a parish of the Diocese of the West, The Orthodox Church in America (OCA), located in Tarzana, California in the San Fernando Valley. The parish has existed since 1955 and gathers a diverse community from many backgrounds united in the Orthodox Confession of the Faith in Jesus Christ. The church implements the mission of the OCA to preach the fullness of the gospel of the Kingdom to the peoples of North America and invite them to become members of the Orthodox Church. The parish utilizes various languages of the peoples of the continent and seeks to be the body of Christ in North America while remaining faithful to the tradition of the Holy Orthodox Church.
