The International Church of Cannabis is located in Denver, Colorado. Members of the church are known as Elevationists. The church uses cannabis as a sacred flower in ritual and spiritual practice to help members reveal their best version of self, discover creative voice, and enrich their community. The church claims no divine law, no unquestionable doctrine, and no authoritarian structure. Unlike other belief systems, there is no requirement to convert to Elevationism. The church welcomes all cannabis users as family regardless of country of origin, religious upbringing, or cultural heritage. The church offers membership benefits including private email and Eventbrite invites to private events and services for the 21+ community. The church also hosts cannabis weddings as a venue for couples and their guests to celebrate nuptials. A mural on the church facade was created by LA street artist Kenny Scharf.
