Saint Kieran Catholic Church

Saint Kieran Catholic Church is located in Miami's Brickell and Bay Heights neighborhoods, situated just south of the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and adjacent to Mercy Hospital. The parish was established on October 31, 1967, by Bishop Coleman Carroll. The church building was dedicated on December 8, 1979, by Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy. The parish initially held Masses in various locations including the Assumption Academy chapel and La Salle High School auditorium before constructing its permanent church. The parish serves the L-shaped area along Biscayne Bay from SW 22nd Ave to the Miami River, extending inland to Coral Way. Saint Kieran offers weekend and weekday Masses in both English and Spanish, along with various ministries and faith formation opportunities.
