St Vincent De Paul Resurrection

The Church of the Resurrection is a Catholic parish located in the heart of Lansing, Michigan. The parish exists to help its community live in the light and hope of the Resurrection by encouraging people to come to know and love Jesus personally. The church celebrates the Novus Ordo Mass ad orientem, meaning the priest and people face toward the liturgical east during parts of the Mass, particularly the Eucharistic Prayer. This practice was inspired by Pope Benedict XVI's book The Spirit of the Liturgy. The parish features a Benedictine altar arrangement with six candles and a central crucifix. The parish offers daily Mass, Friday adoration, parish-wide devotions, Vespers and Compline prayers, healing prayer sessions, and healing ministry services. Low-gluten hosts are available for those with dietary needs.
