Brentwood Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)

Brentwood Christian Church is a progressive, open and affirming congregation of the Disciples of Christ located in Springfield, Missouri in the heart of the Ozarks. The church is committed to building community, justice and love. It celebrates and affirms the full humanity, equality and dignity of all people, including LGBTQ+ individuals. The congregation seeks to build meaningful relationships with one another in the spirit of Christ's love, journeying together through life's ups and downs. The church stands in solidarity with those oppressed due to economic status, race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason, working for a world where all are treated with dignity and respect. The church is guided by the spirit of love, with all teaching and work intended to draw nearer to the perfect and unconditional love made known in Jesus Christ.
