The Catholic Newman Community at the University of Rochester is a campus ministry that welcomes students to celebrate, explore, and develop their faith. The community gathers for mass every Sunday and hosts over 100 social, intellectual, and service programs each semester. They provide opportunities for service, leadership, and pastoral care for all members. The community is directed by Fr. Brian Cool and operates from the Mack Catholic Center located at 610 Faculty Road in Rochester, New York. In addition to regular worship services, the community offers live streaming of masses and maintains active engagement through various ministries designed to help students mature spiritually, personally, and professionally.
