Life Church Charlotte is a non-denominational Christian church located in South End Charlotte, North Carolina. The church was officially launched on September 9, 2018, formed when the historic Southside Baptist Church, a 96-year-old congregation, unanimously dissolved and entrusted its building to Life Church's new community. Life Church's mission is to make disciples, multiply churches, among all peoples for the glory of God. The church gathers for Sunday worship services featuring music, prayer, biblical sermons rooted in Scripture, and communion. Life Church emphasizes committed community, real relationships with Jesus and each other, biblical authority, prayerful dependence, radical generosity, and strategic sending. The church offers Life Kids ministry for children, connection groups throughout the city, baptism, and membership opportunities.
