Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, located at 6700 Lansing Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, is a Polish-American parish established in 1894. The current Romanesque church building was constructed in 1914 and features stained glass windows created by Munich Studios between 1914 and 1918. The church serves the community with masses in both English and Polish. The parish operated a parochial school staffed by the Sisters of St. Joseph, which peaked in enrollment at 1,350 students in 1932. The congregation participated in centennial celebrations from 1993 to 1994 marking the parish's 100th anniversary.
