University Christian Church

University Christian Church is a progressive, affirming, and inclusive congregation located in Austin, Texas, near the University of Texas campus. As part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), UCC extends grace-filled love of Christ to all people regardless of race, gender, class, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or disability. The church emphasizes nurturing faith, building community, and meeting real needs through thoughtful worship, compassionate service, and radical hospitality. UCC holds that Christians are free to follow their consciences guided by Bible study, the Holy Spirit, reason, and prayer.
