St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Church is a Catholic community located on the East Side of El Paso, Texas, dedicated to following Jesus and serving the people of God. The parish offers a bilingual ministry with masses in both English and Spanish throughout the week. In addition to regular Mass times, the church provides Eucharistic Adoration on weekdays and a special extended adoration on the third Wednesday of each month. Reconciliation services are available on Saturdays. The parish also offers Anointing of the Sick on the first Sunday of each month. Pastoral Care services and support for migrant communities are available to parishioners. Since June 2024, Father Francisco Hernandez has been assigned as the pastor.
