New Promise Lutheran Church

New Promise Lutheran Church is a vibrant Christian community located in the heart of Southern Utah in St. George. The church describes itself as a community gathered by grace where Jesus shows up to forgive, heal, and set people free to love their neighbors. Members come from different walks of life and are united around the central promise that people are loved, forgiven, and belong because of what Christ has done for them. New Promise offers Sunday worship services, community service opportunities through the food bank and Switchpoint, and various connection activities including coffee hours, barbecues, prayer groups, and Bible studies. The church's mission is to glorify God through building up the Body of Christ. As a Lutheran congregation, New Promise emphasizes that God blesses people because God loves them, which frees them to bless others.
