Founded in 1984 as a church plant from Arcadia, Wisconsin, the congregation began with about a dozen members under the leadership of Rev. Mark Clements and his wife Paula. The church has experienced consistent growth throughout its 40-year history, relocating several times before moving to its current facility in 2003, a former steel fabrication plant on Ward Avenue. The church offers a variety of ministries including children's services during Sunday worship, youth programs, LIFE groups, and Bible studies. The church operates Children of the Lord Christian Pre-School and Day Care and Youth Alive Christian Teen Center. Services are available both in person and online, with additional programming for different age groups throughout the week.
