Sacred Heart Knanaya Mission Canberra is part of the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, a Major Archiepiscopal Church in full communion with the Apostolic See of Rome. The Syro-Malabar Church is one of 23 autonomous Eastern Catholic Churches and the second largest Eastern Catholic Church worldwide, with over four million believers.
