Luke 10 is about the kingdom arriving as personal nearness,

Luke 10 insists the kingdom doesn’t arrive as an impressive religious program but as a disruptive nearness that makes you vulnerable (lambs), exposes self-justifying religion (priest/Levite), and then judges you by one metric: whether you receive it as mercy—especially from the wrong people.
