Joseph stands trapped inside an Egyptian estate. The woman of the house corners him day after day, demanding he sleep with her. She is the wife of Potiphar, the captain who bought Joseph as a slave and elevated him to run the entire household. Joseph owes his master absolute loyalty. But Potiphar's wife wants what her husband has withheld. She waits until the house is empty. She grabs Joseph's garment and makes her final demand. Joseph wrenches free and flees naked into the street, leaving his cloak behind.
