1 Enoch 10:1-22

¹Then the Most High, the Great and Holy One, spoke and sent Arsyalalyur to the son of Lamech, and said to him:

²"Say to him in my name: Hide yourself. And reveal to him the end that is coming, for all the earth will be destroyed, and the waters of the deluge are about to come upon all the earth, and all that is in it will be destroyed.

³And now instruct him how he may escape, and how his seed may remain for all the earth."

⁴And again the Lord said to Raphael: "Bind Azazel by his hands and his feet, and cast him into the darkness; and make an opening in the wilderness which is in Dudael, and cast him there.

⁵And lay upon him jagged and sharp stones, and cover him with darkness, and let him dwell there forever, and cover his face that he may not see the light.

⁶And on the great day of judgment he shall be cast into the burning.

⁷And heal the earth which the sons of God have corrupted, and proclaim the healing of the earth, that I shall heal the earth, and that not all the sons of men shall perish through all the secret things that the Watchers disclosed and taught their sons.

⁸And the whole earth has been corrupted through the teaching of the works of Azazel: to him ascribe all sin."

⁹And to Gabriel the Lord said: "Go against the bastards and the reprobates, and against the sons of fornication, and destroy the sons of fornication and the sons of the Watchers from among men. Send them out, and send them one against another, that they may destroy one another in battle; for length of days shall they not have.

¹⁰And they shall all petition you, but their fathers shall gain nothing on their behalf, though they hope for eternal life, and that each one of them may live five hundred years."

¹¹And to Michael the Lord said: "Go, make known to Semyaza and to the others who are with him, who have united themselves with the women so as to defile themselves with them in all their uncleanness.

¹²When all their sons are slain, and when they see the destruction of their beloved ones, bind them for seventy generations beneath the hills of the earth, until the day of their judgment and of their consummation, until the judgment that is forever and ever is consummated.

¹³In those days they shall be led off to the abyss of fire, and to the torment and the prison in which they shall be confined forever.

¹⁴And whoever shall be condemned and destroyed from then on shall be bound together with them until the end of all generations.

¹⁵And destroy all the spirits of the lustful ones and the sons of the Watchers, because they have wronged humankind.

¹⁶Destroy all wrong from the face of the earth, and let every evil work come to an end; and let the plant of righteousness and truth appear, and it shall become a blessing; the works of righteousness and truth shall be planted in joy forever.

¹⁷And then shall all the righteous give thanks, and shall live until they beget a thousand, and all the days of their youth and of their sabbaths shall they complete in peace.

¹⁸And in those days the whole earth shall be tilled in righteousness, and shall all be planted with trees, and be full of blessing.

¹⁹And all the trees of delight shall be planted upon it, and they shall plant vines upon it; and the vine that is planted upon it shall yield fruit in abundance; and every seed that is sown upon it, each measure shall yield a thousandfold, and each measure of olives shall yield ten presses of oil.

²⁰And you — cleanse the earth from all wrong, and from all unrighteousness, and from all sin, and from all impiety, and from all uncleanness which is wrought upon the earth; remove them from the earth.

²¹And let all the sons of men become righteous, and let all the nations worship and bless me, and all shall bow down to me.

²²And the earth shall be cleansed from all corruption, and from all sin, and from all plague, and from all torment; and I shall never again send them upon it from generation to generation and forever."
