Enoch 108:1-14
Another book which Enoch wrote for his son Methuselah and for those who would come after him and keep the law in the last days.
You who have done good, wait in these days until those who work evil are brought to an end, and the power of those who do wrong is finished. As for you, wait until sin passes away; for their names shall be blotted out from the books of the holy ones, and their seed shall be destroyed forever, and their spirits shall be slain, and they shall cry out and wail in a place of desolation that is not seen, and they shall burn in fire, for there is no earth there.
And I saw there something like a cloud that could not be seen through, for because of its depth I was not able to look upon it; and I saw a flame of fire burning brightly, and things like bright mountains were whirling about and being shaken from side to side.
And I asked one of the holy angels who was with me and said to him, "What is this bright thing? For it is not heaven, but only a flame of fire that burns, and the sound of crying and weeping and wailing and severe pain."
And he said to me, "This place which you see — here are cast the spirits of sinners and blasphemers, and of those who do evil, and of those who pervert all that God has spoken through the mouth of the prophets concerning the things that are to come to pass.
For of these things some are written and inscribed above in heaven, that the angels may read them and know what is to befall the sinners, and the spirits of the humble, and of those who have afflicted their bodies and have been recompensed by God, and of those who have been dishonored by wicked men —
who loved God, and loved neither gold nor silver nor any of the good things that are in the world, but gave up their bodies to torment;
and who, from the time they came into being, did not desire earthly food, but reckoned themselves as a breath that passes away, and kept this course. And the Lord tried them much, and their spirits were found pure, so that they might bless His name.
And all their blessings I have recounted in the books, and He has granted them their recompense, for these were found to love heaven more than their life in the world; and though they were trodden down by wicked men, and heard from them reproach and blasphemy, and were dishonored, yet they blessed me.
And now I will summon the spirits of the good from the generation of light, and I will transform those who were born in darkness, who in their flesh were not recompensed with the honor that befitted their faith.
And I will bring forth into shining light those who love my holy name, and I will seat each one upon the throne of his honor.
And they shall shine for times without number, for righteous is the judgment of God; for to the faithful He gives faithfulness in the dwelling of upright paths.
And they shall see those who were born in darkness cast into darkness, while the righteous shine.
And the sinners shall cry out and see them shining, and they themselves shall go where days and times have been written down for them.
