Enoch 106:1-19
And after some days my son Methuselah took a wife for his son Lamech, and she conceived by him and bore a son.
And his body was white as snow and red as the blooming of a rose, and the hair of his head was white as wool, and his locks were lovely, and his eyes were beautiful; and when he opened his eyes, he made the whole house bright like the sun, and the whole house was exceedingly illumined.
And when he was taken from the hand of the midwife, he opened his mouth and spoke to the Lord of righteousness.
And Lamech his father was afraid of him and fled, and came to his father Methuselah.
And he said to him: "I have begotten a strange son; he is not like a man, but resembles the children of the angels of heaven, and his nature is different, and he is not like us; and his eyes are like the rays of the sun, and his countenance is glorious.
And it seems to me that he is not from me but from the angels, and I fear lest some wonder be wrought upon the earth in his days.
And now, my father, I beseech you and entreat you to go to Enoch our father, and to learn from him the truth, for his dwelling is with the angels."
And when Methuselah heard the word of his son, he came to me at the ends of the earth, for he had heard that I was there; and he cried out, and I heard his voice and came to him, and I said to him: "Behold, here am I, my son. Why have you come to me?"
And he answered me and said: "Because of a great matter I have come to you, and because of a disturbing vision have I drawn near.
And now, my father, hear me: for to Lamech my son there has been born a son whose likeness and nature are not like the nature of a man; and his color is whiter than snow and redder than the bloom of a rose, and the hair of his head is whiter than white wool, and his eyes are like the rays of the sun; and he opened his eyes and lit up the whole house.
And he arose in the hands of the midwife, and he opened his mouth and blessed the Lord of heaven.
And his father Lamech became afraid and fled to me, and did not believe that he was from him, but that he was in the likeness of the angels of heaven; and behold, I have come to you that you may make known to me the truth."
And I, Enoch, answered and said to him: "The Lord will bring about new things upon the earth; and this I know, and I have seen it in a vision, and I make known to you that in the generation of Jared my father they transgressed the word of the Lord from above the heaven.
And behold, they commit sin and transgress the ordinance, and have united themselves with women and commit sin with them, and have married some of them, and from them have begotten children.
And great destruction shall come upon the whole earth, and there shall be a deluge of water, and a great destruction shall come about for one year.
This son who has been born to you shall be left upon the earth, and his three children shall be saved with him when all humankind that is upon the earth shall die; he and his sons shall be saved.
They shall beget upon the earth giants, not of spirit but of flesh; and there shall be a great chastisement upon the earth, and the earth shall be cleansed from all corruption.
And now make known to your son Lamech that he who has been born is in truth his son, and call his name Noah; for he shall be left to you as a remnant, and he and his sons shall be saved from the corruption which shall come upon the earth on account of all the sin and all the iniquity which shall be consummated upon the earth in his days.
And after this there shall be still greater iniquity than that which was formerly consummated upon the earth; for I know the mysteries of the holy ones, for he, the Lord, has shown them to me and made them known to me, and I have read them in the tablets of heaven.
