Enoch 41:1-9

Enoch witnesses the hidden heavenly mechanisms: the division of the kingdom, the dwelling places of the chosen and holy ones, and the cosmic chambers...

And after this I saw all the hidden things of the heavens, and how the kingdom is divided, and how the deeds of men are weighed in the balance.

There I saw the dwelling places of the chosen and the dwelling places of the holy ones; and my eyes beheld there all the sinners being driven away from that place, those who deny the name of the Lord of Spirits, and they were dragged off, and they could not stand because of the punishment that goes forth from the Lord of Spirits.

And there my eyes saw the hidden things of the lightning and the thunder, and the hidden things of the winds — how they are divided so as to blow upon the earth — and the hidden things of the clouds and the dew; and there I saw from what place they go forth, and from where they satisfy the dust of the earth.

And there I saw sealed chambers from which the winds are apportioned, and the chamber of hail, and the chamber of mist, and the chamber of the clouds; and its cloud abides over the earth from before the beginning of the world.

And I saw the chambers of the sun and of the moon, from where they go forth and to where they return; and their glorious return, and how one is more honored than the other; and their stately course; and they depart not from their course, nor do they add to nor diminish from their course; and they keep faith one with the other, abiding by the oath in which they stand.

And the sun goes forth first and fulfills its path according to the command of the Lord of Spirits, and his name endures forever and ever.

And after this is the hidden and the manifest path of the moon, and it completes the course of its path in that place by day and by night; one looks toward the other before the Lord of Spirits, and they give thanks and praise and do not rest, for their thanksgiving is rest to them.

For the bright sun has many a turning — for blessing and for cursing — and the course of the path of the moon is light to the righteous and darkness to the sinners, in the name of the Lord, who made a separation between the light and the darkness, and divided the spirits of men, and strengthened the spirits of the righteous in the name of his righteousness.

For no angel hinders, and no power is able to hinder; for the Judge sees them all, and he himself judges them all before him.
