1And after this the Head of Days repented and said: "In vain have I destroyed all who dwell upon the dry land."

2And he swore by his great name: "From henceforth I will not do thus to all who dwell upon the dry land, and I will set a sign in the heavens, and it shall be a pledge of faith between me and them forever, as long as the days of heaven are upon the earth."

3"And this shall be in accordance with my command: when I desire to seize them by the hand of the angels on the day of tribulation and pain, before this my wrath and my scourge shall abide upon them — my wrath and my scourge," says the Lord, the Lord of Spirits. "You mighty kings who dwell upon the dry land, you shall be compelled to behold my Chosen One, how he sits upon the throne of my glory and judges Azazel and all his company and all his hosts in the name of the Lord of Spirits."
