1And after this he showed me the angels of punishment, who are prepared to come and release all the power of the waters that are beneath the earth, so that it may be for judgment and for the destruction of all those who dwell and reside upon the dry land.
2And the Lord of Spirits commanded the angels who were going forth that they should not lift up their hands, but keep watch; for those angels were set over the power of the waters.
3And I departed from before the face of Enoch.
