1 Enoch 68:1-5

¹And after this my great-grandfather Enoch gave me the sign of all the hidden things in a book, and the parables which had been given to him; and he put them together for me in the words of the book of the parables.

²And on that day the holy Michael answered Raphael, saying: "The power of the spirit seizes me and stirs me to wrath because of the severity of the judgment of the hidden things, the judgment of the angels. Who is able to endure the severity of the judgment which has been executed and abides, while they melt away before it?"

³And the holy Michael answered again and said to Raphael: "Who is there whose heart is not softened concerning it, and whose reins are not troubled by this word? For judgment has gone forth upon them, from those who have thus led them out."

⁴And it came to pass when he stood before the Lord of Spirits, the holy Michael spoke thus to Raphael: "I will not take their part in the eyes of the Lord, for the Lord of Spirits is angry with them, because they act as if they were the Lord.

⁵Therefore the hidden judgment shall come upon them for ever and ever; for neither angel nor man shall receive their portion, but they alone have received their judgment for ever and ever.
