Enoch 75:1-9
And the leaders of the chiefs of the thousands, who are set over all creation and over all the stars, together with the four intercalary ones who are added and are not separated from their station according to the whole reckoning of the year — these render service on the four days which are not counted in the reckoning of the year.
And on account of them men go astray regarding them, for these luminaries truly render service in the stations of the world: one in the first gate, and one in the third gate, and one in the fourth gate, and one in the sixth gate. And the exact harmony of the world is completed by the three hundred and sixty-four stations of the world.
For the signs and the seasons and the years and the days Uriel showed me — the angel whom the Lord of glory, the everlasting One, set over all the luminaries of heaven, in heaven and in the world, that they should rule upon the face of heaven and be seen above the earth, and be leaders for the day and the night: the sun and the moon and the stars, and all the ministering creatures which circle in all the chariots of heaven.
In like manner Uriel showed me twelve open gates in the circuit of the chariots of the sun in the heaven, from which the rays of the sun go forth, and from which the heat goes forth upon the earth when they are opened in the seasons which are appointed for them.
And [there are gates] for the winds and for the spirit of dew, when they are opened, standing open in the heavens at the ends [of the earth].
Twelve gates I saw in heaven, at the ends of the earth, out of which the sun and the moon and the stars and all the works of heaven go forth in the east and in the west.
And there are many windows open on the left and on the right of them, and one window at its appointed season sends forth heat, corresponding to those gates from which the stars go forth according as He commanded them, and from which they set according to their number.
And I saw chariots in the heaven running through the world, above and below those gates, in which revolve the stars that never set.
And one is greater than all of them, and it is the one that circles the whole world.
