1 Enoch 92:1-5

¹That which was written by Enoch — the scribe of every instruction of wisdom, distinguished above all people and ruler of the whole earth — for all my children who dwell upon the earth, and for the latter generations who practice uprightness and peace.

²Let not your spirit be grieved on account of the times, for the Holy One, the Great One, has appointed days for all things.

³The righteous one shall arise from sleep; he shall arise and walk in the path of righteousness, and all his path and his journey shall be in goodness and in everlasting mercy.

⁴He will show mercy to the righteous one and give him everlasting uprightness; he will give him authority, and he shall be in goodness and in righteousness, and shall walk in everlasting light.

⁵And sin shall be destroyed in darkness forever, and shall not be seen again from that day unto eternity.
